Candles & Open Flame in the Workplace
To reduce the risk of fires, Fox Studios has a long-standing policy which prohibits any open flames or smoke-producing items in the workplace, including candles, incense, and related items.
We hope you will assist us by informing users of candles, open flames, or smoke producing items about this policy and the potential hazards posed. You can also report the use or presence of candles or any type of open flame by calling the Safety Hotline at ext. 310-369-3000. The Safety Hotline may be used anonymously. If these items are found in the workplace even if they are used as decorations, owners will be asked to remove them from the workplace. If this is not effective, the items can be confiscated.
